Dr Vikas Divyakirti is the founder and managing director of 'Drishti IAS', an organization active in the Civil Services Preparation since 1999. He began his professional career as an assistant professor at Delhi University. In 1996, he successfully cleared the Civil Services Examination in his first attempt and served for a year at the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. Subsequently, he made the decision to resign from the position and returned to academia, during which time he founded 'Drishti IAS.' Dr Vikas has a Ph.D. in Hindi Literature from Delhi University and has pursued studies in various other disciplines like Sociology, Philosophy, Law and Management. Presently, Dr. Vikas is actively engaged as an educator and crafts educational content for YouTube. IAS Junior is an Aptitude Building Course designed specifically for students in classes 11th and 12th who have a keen interest in pursuing a career in the civil services. The Course focusses on providing a strong foundation of core general studies subjects relevant to the Civil Services Examination (CSE). In addition to enhancing the students' knowledge base, the course also aims at cultivating their analytical skills, problem-solving abilities and comprehension levels.
